Kate Roland is a Group Creative Director and writer at ONE23WEST, where she shapes compelling brand narratives and champions work that works.
Collaborating with teams across the country, her creative achievements have been recognized internationally and at home by Cannes Lions, D&AD, Communication Arts, and ADCC, to name a few.
As a board member of the West Coast Creative Society, she helped launch The West Coast Creative Awards in 2025 and is proud to continue to celebrating local talent and supporting our creative community.
