Canada is home to some of the finest talent in the world. But for all the award-winning content we produce, there are still many stories waiting to be told. Different perspectives are what make our stories great. So, recognizing the industry needs to do better at diversity, inclusion, and equity on screens, we set out to create a campaign to inspire change.

Seek More features six of Canada’s top creators, including Simu Liu, Shamier Anderson, Kawennáhere Devery Jacobs, Mélissa Bédard, Adib Alkhalidey, and Cynthia Wu-Maheux, all telling their stories in their own words. With no topic off limits, each creator shared a vision of what a more inclusive industry—and world—might look like, and how we can all benefit from embracing perspectives different from our own.

Launched during the final episode of Canadian-favourite Kim’s Convenience and tweeted soon after by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, the Seek More campaign can be seen on television and online as pre-roll and long-form video.
